Life and Education

I grew up in Pacifica, CA, just south of San Francisco. Here is a picture I took of Pacifica. I went to college at the University of California, San Diego, where I got my B.S. in Physics with specialization in Astrophysics. I also minored in Music. Now I am getting my Ph.D. in Astrophysics at Arizona State University. The 2016/17 school year is my 5th year as a PhD student, and as of now I'm planning on graduating after the spring of 2017.

Hobbies

I enjoy listening to music, playing guitar and piano, and composing. I spend a lot of time watching movies and TV shows, as well as reading books. I love hiking, camping, and going on long road trips. I also play video games, board games, and enjoy trivia. I occasionally program and take online classes for fun.
